ABOUT US
We are a small but highly specialized company focusing on the technical management of commercial yachts from 60 to 140 feet.
Our philosophy is “to manage the yachts of our shipowners with attention to detail”.
To do this in the best way, we have decided from the beginning of our “adventure” to remain a “small” company with no more than 10 boats in our fleet.
As a small company, we are able to manage relationships with our shipowners, central agents and their customers in a direct fashion, so that we can provide each of them with the utmost attention and the highest level of quality and service.

BR1 FLEET SHOW
To support the commercial activity of our shipowners, we organize since 2014 the “BR1 Fleet Show”.
During this event, we present to MyBa brokers all the boats we have in our management. The brokers who participate in the event are hosted on our boats during the entire period of the show, so they can appreciate the small details and, at the same time, they have the opportunity to get to know our crews. A great sacrifice by our company, but we get repaid in full considering the excellent results achieved year by year.
TECHNICAL
MANAGEMENT
We will manage your yacht with the utmost attention to detail which, in our opinion, is a major change in philosophy as far as concerns yacht management.
We work on your boats with the same passion and love that you would put in yourself.
This passion and love, combined with the experience and professionalism of our skippers and partners, provide our shipowners and their guests with a product of exclusive atmosphere.
CREWING
We directly select and train our crew through our “BR1 Winter Training” program, so that we can guarantee at the maximum the professional and personal qualities of our people.
The distinct characteristic of the Winter Training program lies in the fact that our fresh people are trained directly by our senior partners. In this way, the ones who select and shape the crew already know what the product we offer to our shipowners is and at the same time can create the right feeling that allows us to obtain perfectly integrated teams at work.
At the end of each season we also organize the “BR1 Debriefing”, during which all of our crew members have the opportunity to share the experiences gained during the season just ended, thus building up on every single element that could help others in their work.
